A five month project to renovate and extend a semi-detached home in Sutton-in Craven, development include addition of two new bedrooms, a new reception room, utility and WC. The existing kitchen knocked through to an open plan layout and refitted and renovation throughout.
The project encountered teething issues with foundations which resulted in extensive excavation to comply with building regulations. Although a straight forward L shaped extension the existing house was remodeled to create an large open plan family area with snug creating an impressive modern family home. Utilising extensive steel works and bi-fold doors the home truly brings the outside in. We also created a new patio area and additional space to make on-site parking for 2 cars. A great project that totally transformed a family home.
